Is the equipment calibrated?
Our equipment complies with calibration standards and is regularly checked.
How would drug/vaccine be stored?
Refrigerator temperatures maintained between 2 °C and 8 °C. Freezer temperatures maintained at either - 20 °C or - 80 ° C. All temperatures are monitored daily. Freezers and refrigerators operate on a backup generator in the event of a power failure. Ample storage for drug and sera samples.
What is your enrollment process?
Our secure database has thousands of volunteers readily available to participate in a study. Both our database and new subjects are carefully prescreened prior to enrollment. Qualified participants are then rapidly enrolled in a study. This process helps us maintain retention rates of 95 % and greater!
Do you have IRB access?
Yes, we are able to use Central IRB.
Who handles your contract and budget negotiations?
Contract and budget negotiations receive timely responses from our Director of Business Operations.
Who handles your regulatory documents?
IRB approval issues and speedy submission of regulatory information is handled by our Regulatory Specialist.
How is patient recruitment planned?
Patient enrollment and retention is handled by our Patient Recruiter. Our Marketing Coordinator develops strategies and materials for patient recruitment.
